Not able to refresh product feed manually

    Hello there,

    I have made some changes and I’m trying to manually refresh my product feed.
    I see processing (0%) for a few seconds and then this dissappears, but when I refresh my feed I don’t see my changes.

    Hi arnedb,

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. There can be a couple of reasons for the changes not appearing in the feed:

    1. The WP-cron is disabled (https://adtribes.io/help-my-feed-processing-is-stuck/), probably not it when your percentage stays art 0%;

    2. You are using a caching plugin that caches the product feed. Make sure you disable the category in which the feeds are saved from caching.

    Hello there,

    The automatic refresh interval is working, so I think wp cron is activated.

    But I do use WP Rocket I’m testing out of clearing the cache helps anything, so far I have no luck. It does start processing, but after 33% it goes to ready and then when I refresh the feed, the things I removed are still in there.
