It’s going to be 2 months soon – still, you haven’t figured out a way on how us paid users put the license code.
Please give steps on how to add the license code. It used to be this before:
1. Install/Upload the free plugin.
2. A license page is present.
3. Add the license code.
4. Walla – it’s now a paid version where we can upload the other add-ons.

you don’t need to activate Free plugin. If you want to activate license for premium addons, you must install them and activate first. You can download them in your account on shop
Hi @illiagreen I am activating paid version from wordpress plugin page. but it gives me a message saying:
Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

if you see “sorry, you are not allowed to see this page” means that you didn’t activate actual addon version or actual core version
actual core version is 13.1
actual addon can be downloaded from your account. Please share which version do you use? Send screenshot of Plugins page

Okay, issue has been resolved by re installing the greenshiftgsap.zip.
