My site The Niche (ipscell.com) is not a commercial site but JetPack is defining it as a one in terms of stats. I have one small ad, which does not even cover all the costs associated with running my blog. I sell nothing on the site. It is educational in nature and I’m a professor. Can you please allow me to access the JetPack stats without paying extra? Otherwise I might just de-activate JetPack. Thanks.

    Hi there, @pknoepfl,

I have reviewed your site and can confirm that it qualifies for our Free Stats plan. I have adjusted this in our records.

To use Jetpack Stats for non-commercial sites, please follow the flow on this page to certify that your site is non-commercial: https://wordpress.com/stats/purchase/

Check the boxes that apply to your site which make it non-commercial.

Let us know if you have other questions or if there’s anything else we can do to help!

Thanks, that’s great. However, the link you included does not work. It just takes me to a blank page after I log in.

    Hey @pknoepfl,

I could reproduce the error, and it’s due to the fact that your site URL is missing in the URL I shared to you.

The correct URL to check is then https://wordpress.com/stats/purchase/yoursiteurl

Give it a try and let us know if you still have troubles 🙂

    Thanks, that seemed to work.
