Non-Admin role edit locations

Following on from my post last week (resolved), I need non administrator roles to be able to manage, add and edit store locations.

I have set the user role to have the following capability:
$user->add_cap( ‘manage_slp’);

They can now add and delete locations, but cannot edit.

Any help would be much appreciated!
