You can find the SMS IDs in the detail of the message in the SMS History tab.
We will check with the SMS provider.`

Could you please try to send an SMS to another number? There can be an issue with the phone. Try to restart the phone.
However, as suggested, try another number instead. Let us know if the problem prevails.
