    Hi there,

The Jetpack debugger shows we’re unable to sync to your site – we’re getting a 500 error when we try to connect to your server.

Please make sure with your hosting provider that nothing is blocking XML-RPC on that end – the xmlrpc.php file is accessible if I try to view it in my browser, but also make sure they’re not perhaps blocking access to it at some level.

If that checks out, please try reconnecting, or even completely reinstalling Jetpack. Let us know how it goes.

Ah ok, that last bit is a good sign.

You should see a working sitemap in about 12 hours.

    Hi,

    Same thing happening for me.

news-sitemap is refreshed right after posting new posts.
regular sitemap is empty and it says “No sitemap found. The system will try to build it again in 7 mins.”

But it says that 7 minutes for last 24 hours since i’ve first notice sitemap is empty.

I’ve checked XML-RPC and it says: “XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.”

I’ve also checked cron jobs with WP-Cron Schedules plugin and manually started jp_sitemap_cron_hook but it didn’t chnaged anything.

Any other ideas hot to fix this?

    PS.
    Jetpack version 7.5.1 is installed.
