    Hi there,

I’m having the same issue as described in a separate post that was marked as resolved.

I just installed the plugin and am trying to see what’s what .. for some reason I am only seeing the title and the body of the opportunity, but none of the other information (contact / location), nor do I have the ability to sign-up.

I tried your suggestion to switch themes temporarily. The information, form, and button all showed up with the Twenty Seventeen theme. Unfortunately, I’ve already sort of committed myself to my theme… I’m almost done making the website. I just thought this would be a really helpful thing to have. Is there any possible workaround? I’m currently using the theme Charitas Lite. I don’t know what other information would be helpful…

After some thought, I went ahead and switched to a different theme. I tested it a bit, and was wondering — how do you see the list of all people who signed up for a specific volunteer task? I can see the list of registered volunteers and if I click on each on individually, I see what they picked. But is there a way to sort it so that you can see the list of people who signed up for the task?

I’m happy to hear you got the sign up form worked out @kkrhw. In order to see a list of all the volunteers who signed up for a specific opportunity you’ll want to go to the edit screen for that particular opportunity. Once you’re there you should see a box like the one below which lists the volunteers, their information and a button to remove their RSVP.

If you don’t see it on the edit screen for a specific opportunity it might be hidden. You can show it again using the “Screen Options” tab at the top right of the page.

Let me know how it goes and if you have any other questions.

Thanks so much. Turns out, I was just blind. It was right there all along. Oops! Thank you for responding so quickly though! I’m almost done building a website for the nonprofit organization that I’m involved with, and I can’t wait to show them how we can organize volunteers. They are seriously going to be WOW’ed by your plugin. 🙂

That’s great to hear and thank you for the kind words. If you have some time, it would be incredible if you left an honest review of the plugin at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/wired-impact-volunteer-management/reviews/. Those reviews always help other nonprofits find the plugin.

Thanks and have a great weekend.

    Hi @monerafahad,

The plugin does not include a way for site visitors to create opportunities. The plugin requires a WordPress user with a level of Editor or above to add opportunities through the admin.

If you’re looking for a way to do this manually I would recommend adding a form to a page on your site where organizations can submit the details for new Volunteer Opportunities. From there you could create the Volunteer Opportunity based on the information they submitted.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

    Dan
