No Photos are uploading

I installed the WPPA plugin on one of my sites and loved it. It worked perfectly. So I installed it on one of my other sites (giftsofgrief.com) and am having trouble uploading photos. I thought at first my install was faulty so I cleared everything and re-installed but I am still getting the same messages:
