No Parent Drop Down on custom posts

I have created Custom Posts on my site using your awesome plugin. It makes life easy. However, my custom posts are not showing the parent drop down option in the right panel even though I have selected hierarchy. I have more than one custom post. The dropdown box is not even showing.
