• Hello. When iThemes is activated, the users cannot log in to the frontend. I get this message Error: Invalid username, email address or incorrect password.
The credentials are correct. Disabling the plugin fixes this. Why is it blocking users to log in? Any solution please?

Hi @more2think, thank you for reaching out. Would you mind conducting a plugin and theme conflict check? Could you please try deactivating all plugins and using a default WP theme to see if it resolves the problem? If it does, reactivate the plugins one at a time to isolate the culprit.

Another troubleshooting step would be to deactivate the currently active iThemes Security features one by one to know which module the conflict happens. I hope this helps, and please let me know how it goes.
