No gtin needed

    Hi I have a problem with gtin because I produce artigianal products and I don’t need to send GTIN.
    How you can see here https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6324478?hl=en I need to send this tipe of feed:

    Product Customized Black Dress
    title Customized Black Dress
    price 32 USD
    color black
    size M
    identifier exists no
    condition new
    is_bundle yes
    gtin (Leave blank, since the dress is custom made and doesn’t have a GTIN)
    mpn (Leave blank, since the dress is custom made and doesn’t have an MPN)

    Hi riolavis,

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. I am not sure if I understand your question but creating a product feed without a GTIN is easy, just remove the GTIN mapping on the attribute mapping page when creating a new product feed.

    Thankyou now it’s ok.
    …But I have another problem.I sell alcholic products and google say to Review Shopping ads policies and update my feed to meet the requirements because my products is in Violation of Shopping ads policy.

    According to Google’s help pages you need to map your products to this category:

    Food, Beverages & Tobacco > Beverages > Alcoholic Beverages (499676)

    Did you do so in the category mapping page for your product feed?

    Yes but I added another subcategory:
    Food, Beverages & Tobacco > Beverages > Alcoholic Beverages (499676)>Liquor & Spirits.

    Does Google tell you exactly what is wrong? So what is the exact violation?
    Changes are that you need to ask for a manual review of your products with Google because they detected you sell alcohol.
