Please kindly send us screenshots of your entire wp-admin > SportsPress > Configure. Maybe there’s something else that is breaking this function.

Hi @jdelpino ,
You can also try to disable all your plugins except SportsPress to see if there was a conflict somewhere. Next step is to try to switch to a default theme like Rookie or TwentyTwenty and check again 🙂
