    Dear Team,

    I have installed your plugin and I have enhanced ecommerce tracking turned on in my analytics account. I have also enabled this feature in the plugin. However, for some reason, to transactions are being recorded in my ecommerce reports.

    Strangely, I have actually had to use a different plugin to even get the analytics code to register on the site at all. When I click the “UA” box in your plugin settings and check my site w/ a tag check, no analytics account registers. I am wondering if your plugin is successfully placing any code on my site.

    Thank you for contacting us!

    We did a quick look of your store and found that our plugin is working out of the box(till Checkout page).

    Currently implementation of our plugin on your store is correct,verify the data in google analytics account.

    I see that several people have had that same issue (events seem to track until a purchase is made). How can I track purchases? I have enabled enhanced ecommerce for that property/view in analytics, but I still don’t see any purchase/conversion data in my ecommerce reports.

    I was setting up Facebook conversion pixel conversion tracking with Woocommerce and noticed that a product catalog matching my woocommerce products needs to be uploaded within Facebook business manager before any conversions will register with the pixel. Maybe there is something simliar w/ Google & eCommerce tracking?

    We request you to share view level access of your analytics account at analytics2(at)tatvic(dot)com so we can troubleshoot the issue.

    Additionally we would like to learn from you that have you configured auto return in your payment gateway settings?

    If a user completes the transaction via a 3rd party payment gateway and is not redirected back to your store’s thank you page, our plugin will not be able to send the transaction data.

    Hence, this may result into missing transaction data in your GA account.
