Hi, I’m having a problem with a WordPress multisite. I’m using the functionality that allows me to move the login page and I’ve changed the login slug in the back office. I can access the backoffice for the main site and as the network admin, but I can’t access it for the other associated sites. It keeps redirecting me to my redirection slug. The same applies when I try to access the “forgotten password” page.

Hi @adaka, thanks for reaching out. We’re here to help!

I see you’ve enabled the Hide Backend feature, and while you can log into your main site, accessing the other sites in the network from the main site’s WP backend redirects to the redirection slug/not found page.

This behavior is expected because the plugin can’t know whether the user has valid session cookies for the other sites in their network. So, it can’t necessarily rewrite those to the Hide Backend login URL.

You could try to set the WordPress session cookie to be network-wide to see if that will reflect the HBE location.

Hope this helps, and let me know if you have other questions!
