• We are currently testing the WP Live Chat by 3CX plugin to replace the chat plugin we are currently using.

    We are using the 3CX Integration option.

    When no agents are available a contact form appears, which is great. However when you complete the form you get the below error message and a button saying ‘try again’.

    o.toGenericMessage is not a function

    When you click try again the error message disappears and the fields remain populated. When you then try clicking submit again nothing happens, not even an error message.

    I have installed and configured an SMTP plugin on the dev site so the site is able to send email, however this made no difference to the plugin. We still get the above error and the email does not send.

    I have also noticed that the text changes I have made in the styling tab, examples below, are not showing on the chat window, even though they have been saved and are showing in the admin site.

    These are the fields I have changed and saved on the admin side that are not showing on the chat window.

    thank you for your feedback, we have fixed these issues in our latest plugin’s update. Please update your installation with Version 9.0.9 and let us know if your issues are fixed.
