Nexgen Plugin

I’m having a real issue. I created a Gallery, then an album. I have no problem inserting the Album into a post. The unresolvable issues I am having is the Album Thumbnail has no image just the blue question mark and it is not linking to my Gallery. I’ve uploaded the images and I’ve selected the preview images. Any help? I’d really appreciate it….
