New Registration Form

I am using the PmPro Custom Registrations plugin and I would like to create a new custom registration form. My shortcode looks like:
[pmpro_signup level="1" short="1" intro="0" button="Inscrivez-vous maintenant"]I notice that pmpro_signup level is 1, how can I create a second version? I would like to create a second registration form and use it elsewhere on the site. How can I edit the functions.php code to do this?
