    Hi @atstoreindia ,

I understand that New Order Confirmation emails, as well as Order received emails, are not being received.

As a first step, please could install the WP Mail logging plugin to see if the emails are sending, and where the emails are going?

After this has been installed, please try and generate an order email, and after a few minutes, check the WP mail logging again.

Additionally, below is the documentation for email troubleshooting:

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/email-faq/

Please let me know how this goes!

I have the same issue. Was there a fix to this problem?

    Hi @shaftoned,

I understand that you are experiencing a similar issue.

Since you’re not the person who originally started this topic, as per the forum guidelines, would you please start your own topic here?

Further help will be provided there.

    Thanks

    Hello @atstoreindia!

    Thanks for the reply!

If the emails were not generated or sent at all, it is likely a theme/plugin conflict issue. Please run a conflict test by disabling all plugins except WooCommerce and activating a default theme like Storefront.

If you’re not seeing the same problem after doing the above, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated.

To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Let us know how it turns out!
