    Hello.I am using the system as a WordPress plugin. Since the last update, it is no longer possible to create new agents. The page simply turns gray—and that’s it; nothing else happens. Please fix this; otherwise, the system is unfortunately unusable for us.

    Hello,  

    If you are using any caching plugin, please make sure to exclude all Support pages from caching and then recheck the issue. Cached pages can sometimes prevent SupportCandy from functioning correctly.

    If the issue still persists, it may be due to a conflict with another plugin or your active theme. You can troubleshoot this by temporarily disabling all plugins except SupportCandy, and then reactivating them one by one to identify which plugin may be causing the conflict.

    If no plugin conflict is found, try switching to a default WordPress theme to check whether the issue is theme-related.

    Please do not perform these tests directly on your live site, as it may affect functionality or settings. We recommend creating a staging site and running the tests there safely.

    Okay, I’ll delete it. Thanks for the reply. It worked before the last update. I’m tired of constantly hearing that it’s due to a conflict with other plugins. It worked perfectly fine before the last update, without any conflicts whatsoever.
