I know this is a sort of known issue with Updraft where a low number of visits to a website cause major delays. I do not know what is a “low number”. As of a week ago, the site would take just a few minutes to backup, now it is going on for about two days. Every time I stop it hoping to restart, it just continues with the stuck process. The file size is set to 25. I see the following message:
Performance is good – but we will not increase the amount of data we batch, as we are already at the present limit (time=2.7402729988098, normalised_time=2.7393997984041, max_time=120.37939381599, data points known=1, max_bytes=26214400) (Oct 02 05:22:26)
What does this mean, what do we do to finish/restart the process?
    Thank you.

    Hi,

Please could you send us a copy of the latest full backup log?

This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.
The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

Thank you, Bryle. I hate to sound dense, I cannot find any old logs for some reason, and when I click on the Show Log for the current on-going job I get “The job log could not be read” repeatedly.

    Hi,

Can you check directly via FTP/cPanel File Manager? The logs are located in the “wp-content/updraft” folder.
