Neve Double Scrollbar

I have the problem that in my site there are two scroll bar on the right. I have read that the problems is between Neve and Elementor. I tried to put these two css code as read in another topic but nothing change.

    overflow-x:hidden;
    overflow-y:hidden;

```
or

overflow-x: unset !important;
}

Hello @lupin1973,

Thanks for using Neve and reaching out.

First, I would suggest you to check your website for plugin conflict as such issues occurs due to plugin conflict,To do it safely please install the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin(https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/), enable the troubleshooting mode which will deactivate all plugins, and check if the issue persists. If the problem doesn’t occur anymore, it means it was indeed caused by a plugin conflict and you should reactivate the plugins one by one, until you find the culprit. Then, replace that plugin with an alternative one.

Second, I have checked your site with both the custom CSS code that you have prvoided through inspect element option and both the code are working fine, see here: Screenshot 1 and Screenshot 2.

So, can you tell us where you put those codes? as for these codes to work properly, you will have to put these codes under the Customizer > Additional CSS option.

Please let us know about this issue.

hi,
very thanks for you reply.
I put the css code under Customizer > Additional CSS but nothing happened (I also cleared cache). Here all css code inside “additional css”.
Can you check if there are any problems? i put the code at the bottom.

Hey @lupin1973,

I checked your website and it looks like this issue may be happening because of the optimization plugin that you are using on your site, could you please try disabling the plugin and check if the issue is solved or not?

Hey Lupin,

I don’t know what exact plugins you are using on your website. But it looks like you are using WP’s fastest cache plugin for caching, so please disable that and see if the double sidebar disappears or not.

hi,
i tried to disable WP fastest cache but nothing change. Only disabling Elementor (ver. 3.7.7) the double scrollbar disappear…
Is it possible that there is an incompatibility between Neve 3.4.2 and elementor? if yes, this could be a problem becouse i can’t disable elementor….

please let me know

Hi @lupin1973!

Please try to add the code below in the Additional CSS section within the Customizer.
```

}
```
I tested this on your site and the second scrollbar disappears – screenshot. The code that causes this second scrollbar to appear seems to be coming from Litespeed, so you could also try to disable that plugin, clear the cache (browser and any other caching plugin you may use) and check again or check the site from an Incognito window after disabling the plugin.

Sure, you can target all the simple pages and posts using the code below. The double scrollbar shouldn’t appear anymore on normal pages or blog posts.
