Hi, I’ve moved this topic to Everything else WordPress as it’s more appropriate here. I’m going to reply here then close this topic. I do not want this topic to become a pile on for people who have the same ask as you.
These are fully public forums. To give you a sense of the scale here there are currently 3.4 million topics and 7.6 million replies in these forums. This site runs on WordPress and thanks to some aggressive caching it all works well.
WordPress.ORG shows up on search engine hits for a great deal of things and very few of that need to be archived, edited or deleted.
Spam does get deleted, so does most abuse. Passwords and valid security concerns do too.
The topic you have posted does not meet any of those conditions. There is no valid reason to edit the topic you started. When you reported that topic I did ask you why. You did not reply but don’t worry about that. I am closing that topic as well.
Search engine hits are never a valid reason to edit anything here. Think of the scale mentioned above. Permitting that would open the flood gates and that’s not a good use of any volunteer’s time. I know that because years ago it was entertained and it did become a full time job.
I’m sorry, but your topic will not be edited or deleted.

If someone posts a link in the topic link field then that will never be scraped by any search engine. That field is only visible if you are logged in. But it is still valid when someone or the original poster such as your self mentions the link in a reply in that topic.
If someone in that topic repeats the URL in a reply, that is not a legitimate reason to edit that reply either.
I am now closing this topic.
