Native or Plugin?

So my site is for a sporting organisation. All is good, however I now want to include a database of the grounds that are used within the organisation, with various data fields (name, address, ground type, home team, access, parking, any weird bits of pertinent info, google maps link/embeded map, photos etc). All up your probably looking at 100 records.

Ideally these would all have their own ‘pages’ and allow users to comment on each individual ground with an index…

What im wondering, is off the top of your heads, do you think I would be better off using a plugin, or trying to do it within WordPress itself? If plugin any recommendations?
