    Hi Gambit01,

    it’s your theme’s CSS overriding the plugin’s CSS values.

    Add the following code to the Custom CSS field, under Form Options in Optin Forms:
    #optinforms-form1-name-field,#optinforms-form1-email-field{height:34px!important;}

    Let me know if you were able to fix it.
