My most valuable plugin

As a shop owner on WordPress I have loads of plugins installed. This is definitely the most valuable of them all. It makes sending reviews very comfortable for the customer and the shop owner. After I fixed the problem of my firewall that blocked the first reviews, everything went smoothly. I am noticed via e-Mail when a new review comes in and the customer can choose before she orders whether she is willing to give a review after ordering or not, so one does not have to worry about spamming people. In short, I love your plugin. Thank you so much, as it is also free and has all the features one could ever wish for.
