Has anyone used the combination of Powerpress and MuseXpress successfully?

The URL verifies, but when I view the Post, there is no audio. I’ve done a test with a blog on the same server and it works. So the issue must be with MuseXpress. Any help would be greatly apreciated.

I’ve no practical experience with MuseExpress myself. But I’d recommend that you make sure your WordPress installation, theme, and all plugins are up to date. If they are, and the problem persists, you may want to contact MuseExpress for support, as disabling MuseExpress causes the problem to go away.
