multisite search _ global tables

parent site – global tables.
Search function querie.

Intention – to allow visitors to search by distance the global calendar.

testing so far returns all events listed regardless of search criterea.
(can see nothing in searches regarding search behaviour)
Could you please advise if this is an oversight in this GREAT plugin set or hopefully I have missed something in setup (although I am unsure what 🙂
