• Hi,

I am having an issue with Jetpack contact form in multisite. Jetpack is Network Activated, and the Super User has connected it to wordpress.com.

The contact forms appears and works fine on the main site and on the sub sites – all the messages appear in the “Feedback” tab correctly.

However, the email notification is sent only to the super user when the form is filled on the main site. Sub site owners do not receive email notification.

Any idea what would cause that?

    Thanks in advance!

By default, Jetpack’s Contact form will send an email notification to the post or page author. You can change the default behaviour, and even send emails to multiple email addresses by going to the “Email Notifications” tab in the form builder:

Once you add an email address there, you’ll need to click on “Save and go back to forum builder”, and then on “Add this form to your post” to update the existing form.

    I hope this helps.

    Hi,
    Thank you for the reply.
The steps that you mentioned were already taken. The problem is that the emails are not sent at all from forms that belong to users on the network other than the Super User (multi site).

I hope this is clearer now.

    Thanks!
