At the moment, network-level configuration for WP Plugin Manager in a WordPress Multisite environment is not yet available.
Our development team is already working on this functionality, and we plan to add it in the next plugin update so settings can be managed more easily across the network.

Could you please update to the latest version and check whether the new multisite functionality now meets your requirements for managing settings at the network level?

Thank you @kamal025 for your very fast response to my request.
I installed the latest version and do some test on my multisite network. If i apply settings on the main site, it applies these settings to all subsites automatically .
I then go to a subsite and make another setting, this setting apply only to this subsite.
The plugin works and meets my requirements for managing settings at the network level as expected.
May be you can add an explicit notice which explain user how the plugin behave in multisite enviroment.
For more user friendly:
On the main site an explicit option to apply settings network wide, and on the subsite an explicit option to make it owns setting.
