Multilingual Email Template Configuration with WPML on WordPress

    Hello to everybody,

    I’m developing a bilingual site (FR/NL) using WPML. I aim to send email templates in Dutch to users opening a ticket in Dutch, and in French to French-speaking users. Currently, templates can only be translated into one language via the interface. Is there a way to ensure emails are sent in the user’s interface language (NL for Dutch speakers, FR for French speakers)? Thank you for any assistance.
