Hello @yyilmaz ,
It seems that there is something wrong in your database when you transfer it to the live site.
If you don’t want restore “files in folder” you can remove database name ‘fbv_attachment_folder’, then deactivate FileBird and activate it again.
The new table ‘fbv_attachment_folder’ will be auto created, after that you can try move your file(s) to folder to check if it works. This solution don’t remove your folder structure and attachments, so don’t worry about that. It just helps reset the relationship between files and folders.
If you have too much files in folders that are important to you, you can contact us to check for you. Once you go pro you’ll need to open a private support ticket at https://ninja.ticksy.com/, WordPress.org rules state that commercial products are not supported here.
Please let me know the update.
Best regards,
Kelly
Thanks, deleting table fbv_attachment_folder did the trick.
Hi @yyilmaz ,
Glad to hear that. I hope you could leave FileBird a nice review. Thank you so much.

Hi,
Same issue, moving media to folder seems to work but moving is not saved.
Try to delete fvb table (fbv_attachment_folder doesn’t exist), then desactivate then delete plugin, re-install et activate it.
Still the same, doesn’t word anymore since WP 5.5 update.
Thanks for help
