So, I spent most of the day yesterday manually adding images to each event page that I imported previously since I’ve not figured out the best way to import them from AirTable. In a previous ticket, it was explained that they’d (more or less) need to be on my website server, which makes sense. But, I’m trying to figure out the best way possible to not have to do as much manual steps in this process as possible.

In addition to the images not importing, I noticed that the map view and map link also needs to be enabled for every imported page… is there a way to have them enabled by default?

Then, since the plugin doesn’t run on an actual page on the site, I can’t set a featured image for the page for sharing purposes or, it would also be nice to be able to add a featured event apart from the Event Calendar results. Is any of that possible?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @dmkellycmg ,

    Thank you for reaching out.

I’m not certain where your images are hosted from, but if you have your images hosted in image platforms (i.e., Canva), you can add an Event Featured Image column in your AirTable and populate each row with the URL of the image for the event from the image hosting platform. This will allow the import process to include the image for your event.

For the map view and map link, having the Event Show Map Link and the Event Show Map columns with values of “true” in your AirTable would also help.

Could you elaborate what you mean by setting a featured image for the page for sharing purposes? Did you want to share a specific event on social platforms?
