This isn’t part of the plugin settings. Your WordPress site is using “/blog” for the start of all of your posts on your site — which includes the posts from the WP Knowledgebase plugin.
In WordPress, go to Settings > Permalinks, then choose your preferred post structure under the “Common Settings” section (and other sections, if applicable).
Thanks for your help!
I went under there and find the section you are talking about. I am currently using the “Custom Structure”. If I were to change this, it would affect my blog posts also. Is there a way for blog posts to chost up at http://www.mysite.com/blog/ but then my WP Knwoedgebase to show up at http://www.mysite.com/knowledgebase/ ? It is unclear how to make that change in the Permalink setting how to do this.
Try this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-post-type-permalinks/
That allows you to define custom permalink structures for each post type.
