The mobile theme stopped working. Unfortunately I don’t know when this happened. I started using it last year some time and I’ve not checked on the mobile site for a good long while. I did uninstall it and test a couple of past versions but it wasn’t working on those either.

I’ve reinstalled the current but am not quite sure what to do to fix it. All the settings are fine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! This was the best mobile app I’ve found!

We fixed this issue in Jetpack 4.2.2 – please update the plugin and let us know if you still have trouble. You may need to clear your phone’s browser cache and flush the cache if you’re using a caching plugin on your site.

I hope that helps! Marking as resolved as we fixed this bug.

That fixed it! One other question… I was using the WordPress Notification Bar but it covers up the menu and search portion of the mobile site. Does that mean I just can’t use that bar if I want the menu to show?

I have another issue. The front page looks fine but when I view any post it is only on the left half of the screen and the right half is white. I had this issue before and I had to make some tweak Jeremy told me too: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/moble-them-posts-and-pages-not-full-width?replies=6

I’ve not changed it back. So I’m not sure what’s causing it this time.

You’d need to ask the plugin author for help here:

You’ll most likely be able to use both at the same time after adding a bit of custom CSS to your site.

The front page looks fine but when I view any post it is only on the left half of the screen and the right half is white.

One of your plugins is most likely adding some content that is not responsive, and breaks the page layout on mobile.

I’d recommend that you deactivate each one of your plugins, one at a time, until you find the source of the problem.

It was my adsense ad. The problem is none of the adsense responsive ads show up so I have to use the 630×20. As that one ad makes a good bit of money I can’t get rid of it.

So that’s frustrating. Not sure what to do at the moment. Guess I’ll keep trying to figure out why that’s the only ad that shows up for me.

Hopefully folks will just zoom in on the pages to make them fill the screen.

    Thanks!
