Misunderstanding "invalidation method"

modified post and all taxonomies – removes all taxonomy term cache ( categories, tags, home, etc ) and the modified post as well
Caution! Slows down page/post saving when there are many tags.

Is it removes from cache only category and tags of one related post or all categories and tags on site?
And what about home?

modified post and posts index page – clear cache for modified post and posts index page

Is this remove only post and parent page of post, not home? – change description “posts index page” -> “posts parent page”, because index page – is home…

And can you add method “Post, category, home” – to remove only category of post (not tags) and home?
