    i need an help to debug my problem with facebook for woocommerce. I have 12 product (type product variation) and each of them have nine variation in particular this nine variation are the same for each of twelve product. After synchronization from facebook i can see all twelve product but each of them have only seven variation and in all product the two missing variation are the same. I can’t find no special problem on the debug file and in the csv (under wp-content/uploads/facebook_for_woocommerce/product_catalog_00f24c90bd090a79b306b1e4dc4a78fc.csv)

    it’s a vary strange thing. are there a limit of seven variations for a product in facabook?

    I’m not aware of a limitation that would only allow a limit of 7 variations to sync to Facebook, so I think there may be another issue at play here. Could you tell me a little more about the products that aren’t syncing?

      Are any of these products Virtual?
      Do they all have the Facebook Sync setting set to “Sync and show in catalog”?
      Do any of these products belong to a category or have a tag that’s excluded from sync in the WooCommerce > Facebook > Product Sync settings?

    All are real variation product and all combination is setted at same way. The strange thing is that are not synchronized the same two combination in each product. No exclusion are setted. From the csv (/wp-content/uploads/facebook_for_woocommerce/product_catalog_xxxxxx.csv) all is ok. From facebook for woocommerce log thare aren’t difference between one combination or another. Is there a way to debug from facebook side?

    I have the same problem. is there no solution?

    is there a way to check/debug synch process? the log from wc seems right

    I’m sorry, for the delay to respond here.

    Is there a way to debug from facebook side?

    From the Facebook side of things I’d recommend reaching out to the Facebook support team to know about debugging possibilities.

    If this behavior is still happening, could you please duplicate the product and see if the same behavior happens to the newly created product?
