Thanks for reaching out @asica26 and I’m sorry you’re running into issues. I do see code for the plugin being loaded on the page, so this is likely a conflict of some kind. Our goal should be to narrow down the cause. I have a few questions:
- Are you using a custom template for the volunteer opportunities or the form within you theme?
- Would you be willing to switch briefly to the default WordPress Twenty Twenty theme to see if that fixes the problem?
- Do you have any idea when this issue started and if so, what changes were made around that time?
Hopefully walking through these questions will help point us in the right direction.
