    Hello,

I installed the plugin on InkThemes Daily Bulletin Pro. I actually have 2 issues. First, there was no “editor” option available in the customization section and second, there is a white line at the top of every page with some unknown code written in it. Can anyone help please?

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

    Hi there,
not sure I get your issue:

this plugin allows you to create a child-theme from Appearance -> Customize of your parent theme. It doesn’t add any “editor” option to it.
See the screenshot in the plugin’s description:

About the error in every page:
Can you show me the error or a link to your website?
Does the error disappear disabling this plugin?

    Hello Rocco,
Thank you for your quick response! Here is a link to a picture I took from another site showing the “editor” I am speaking of. For some reason it doesn’t appear in the child theme.

I was under the impression that this is in all themes.

Here is a link to a picture of the unknown code at the top of every page.

Any assistance you can offer will be greatly appreciated. This is my first attempt using your plugin. I’m sorry if this has been addressed previously.

    Sincerely,

    Mark

    Hi Mark,
the disappearance of the “Editor” option shouldn’t depend on this plugin.
    See here:

About the code at the top of every page.
    Sorry I cannot reproduce it.
This plugin just allows you to create a child-theme. Once the child-theme is created you can disable the plugin. It’s not needed anymore.
That code might come from another plugin, did you try to disable your plugins?
