Usually, duplicate meta titles & meta descriptions occur when more than one plugin or your theme adds them. Unfortunately, we were unable to confirm from those URLs you shared. They don’t seem to be valid URLs.

Will you be willing to share the actual URLs where there are reports of duplicate meta titles & meta descriptions?

On checking https://diamcircle.io/, we could not identify duplicate titles and meta descriptions. The tags we see come from the Yoast SEO plugin. If duplicates do exist, they could be from other plugins or your theme.

Often, we see problems like this occur in combination with another plugin or theme. The fastest way to rule out any conflict, is to deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch to a standard theme like Twenty Twenty.

Please test this on your development or staging site, if you have one. If not, we recommend using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. This plugin has a troubleshooting mode, which does not affect normal visitors to your site.
