    Hallo,

first let me say, that the export and import process was very simple and easy! But I do have a problem which seems to be the result of merging two different shops together using your plugin.

The first shop import went fine but after importing the csv from the second shop, products from both the first and the second shop are missing / deleted / overwritten. Can I do something to fix this like reimporting the products from both shops one more time? Do I need to activate a special setting or something else?

I’d appreciate every little bit of help you could give me. I know this is a “freemium” plugin and I find it awesome that you provide even some kind of support even though this is the free version!

    Thanks in advance!

  • Hello Croneberg,

Please cross check SKU of the products in both sites , if they are same , it will either skip or overwrite according to your selection of “Merge products if exists”.
This plugin will not delete products in any case.

Please check this article on more details about how it works.

    Hey HikeForce,

thank you very much for you answer! There weren’t any SKUs set for any of the products but some of the IDs (the internal WP-IDs) were the same as they as they cannot be controlled in any case. Maybe thats the problem?

Can I somehow reimport them and get the missing ones that way?

    Thanks!

@croneberg: The internal WP-IDs will be there having same IDs as other type of post like article, order …etc. You can import it as new product just by Mapping the ID column as “Do not Import” in second Step of import.

Let us know if you have anymore queries.
