menu-toggle colors don't fit

    The button with the hamburger icon (for opening the top menu) on smaller displays stays black, grey on hover, with white icon independent of chosen accent and contrast color. Is this the desired behavior? It would be great if it could be adapted to the chosen colors at next release.

    This is due to a change in Twenty Fourteen 1.1, and is fixed in the forthcoming Fourteen Colors 1.1.
