Menu Sub Items and Widget Visibility

I’ve run into a couple of issues which can only be caused the The CartPress plugin. I’m unable to add sub items to pages generated by CartPress, such as the catalogue page.
Also, the plugin breaks the Jetpack Widget Visibility.
