Menu not display

Good morning,

We have a display problem in the plugin menu. We uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin, without success. Do you have an idea of the problem ? Thank you.

Can you please right click > Inspect, and see if there is any error in the console tab?

@devchl We suspect the issue is related to you using old version of WordPress. Is there any specific reasons why you are still using WordPress version 6.1.1? The latest version of WordPress is 6.5.3.

Hi,
Yes, we are using 6.1.1, because it is the latest one indicated as stable by Debian, our server OS.

@devchl I confirmed this issue happens on old version of WordPress. Once we update to new version of WordPress, this issue resolved.

I’m afraid the only solution is upgrade the WordPress version. We do not have a plan to add compatibility in the older version of WordPress at the moment.
