It looks like you are using Neve FSE, not Neve, so you can add any further requests here https://wordpress.org/support/theme/neve-fse/

You can try disabling plugins and enabling them one by one using the https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/ plugin to see if any of them is causing issues.
