@kimtown
That’s very odd. I have never seen blank menu items like that before.
Have you tried disabling all other plugins aside from Client Dash and checking whether this issue still persists?
If you have saved menu customizations related to deactivated plugins, they will show as red items in the customizer after deactivating them.
If deactivating all other plugins prevents these extra blank items from showing, could you please reactivate them one-by-one and check in between each activation to see if this is an incompatibility with a particular plugin, please?
I see you’re editing the Sub Menu for WooCommerce. I tested WooCommerce quickly and it worked properly for me, so I do not believe that WooCommerce is the conflict in question.
Hi
I have a similiar issue … when I insert a custom link I find on the front end a blank button without text and without link.
I also had blank fields in the admin in several submenues.
After a reset and a rebuild of the links they were gone.
But the blank field in the frontend remains.
Hopefully we find a solution
thx

Thanks @harrybeck
I have tried to remove plugins but that’s not helped. I’m not sure what else to try.
Hi Kim
did the same …. same result … still have missing fields.
best regards
Harry
Hi, Any way to export and import saved setting of client dash
@mkkhan
There is currently not a built-in method to export and import settings. However, you can technically back up the wp_cd_customizations table from your database and import it into another site. Just be aware that some things, like icons that another plugin included, may not load correctly without running the table through a tool such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/better-search-replace/ as references to the other site’s URL may be present in that table.
However, please create your own support thread next time as your question is not related to the issue this thread is about.
