My provider tells me that there is nothing wrong with my database. What could the error then be? now the menu is missing in the frontend look: tvvestsjaelland.dk

Please switch to the default 2013 theme and deactivate all plugins.
I allready did that many times but i did it again now! But the man who owns the site is crasy angry at me when i chance to the other theme and because it dosent work!
I just change it as you told me but when its with the 2013 theme the widgets do not show aswell.

When you change themes, you have to set up new widgets. You also have to apply your custom menu if you were previously using one. Were you?
I did apply widets and menu

Yes i tried that many times.. but the menu disappears when i press save
How many items are in this custom menu?
Try checking your site’s error logs for messages. Your hosts should be able to help you accessing your site’s error logs.
My host tells me that they dont have error logs because my site is not in one common server but many different???
Have you told them of all these problems you are having on your site?
And my provider dont know what you mean with: when was the database last repaired? What should i tell them..
