    how to see a hamburger menu in mobile.
    For example this site that talks about nicaragua.

    I think that they use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-responsive-menu/ or something similar.

    Most responsive themes already implement a mobile menu like that. You can examine the source code of one of them for guidance on how to do the same. Or use your browser’s developer tool to to examine the HTML and CSS of any mobile menu, regardless of whether it’s a WP site or not. The developer tool has a mobile emulation mode you can use to get the site to behave as if it’s on a mobile device.
