Reviews

Used to work like a charm, then the update…

Well it must be a wordpress plugin right? Install it and get it going and poof* everything is great. Then update to the latest and greatest and poof* calamity, so I liked this plugin when I first got it installed 2.9.8 (I believe that was the version number) then updated and now there is a menu that displays in my footer and responsive menu on tablet doesn’t work. Result? Uninstall and write this garbage myself. Lesson learned. To be honest, I can’t blame the plugin creator too much, I know it is difficult to develop something that works on all sites without issue.

If you’re installing this plugin be sure to TEST TEST TEST across all devices, you might not like what you find. Then again, it may work perfectly well for you, IDK.

Worked great pre 3.0

Plugin was great until it was updated from 2.0.7 to 3.X. Now the menu icon size is too large (cant update unless you go Pro) and the menu always stays on top, above the admin menu, so cant select the Dashboard. Menu also stopped working after update until I updated all the settings.

Luckily a simple rollback to 2.0.7 has fixed all the issues, so will stay on that version

Update 3.0.2 broke the menu

Unfortunately, the plugin update (curiously enough from v2.0.7 to v3.0.2) doesn’t work. What does work are all the ‘PRO’ options. But a functional menu is gone…

Im going to try back to version 2.0.7

Thank you for such an awesome Mobile Menu solution!

I have been using this plugin for a few months now.

But while it was being updated to 3.0.2 I decided to try five of the other top listed menu plugins. I hated them.

One particular issue I had was wanting a bar across the top with my ‘hamburger’. And it seems that’s considered a pay-for-it feature by other plugins.

I understand the need to monetize, which is why I want to give a huge shout-out and round of applause to the maker(s) of this plugin. That coveted feature comes standard with WP Responsive Menu.

Thank you for such an awesome Mobile Menu solution!

Issues quickly fixed, thanks!

This was on a site we took over working on – initial update broke site, but plugin author was VERY quick to respond to issue, and fix situation. Thank you very much!
