• Recently our membership levels have stopped functioning correctly.

    Sometimes the permissions don’t function at all, and anyone can access the lessons.

    Other times it does correctly deny access, but it doesn’t send them to a page where they can buy membership, or give them the listed “access denied” message.

    Any ideas? I believe this started recently after we added an SSL.

  • We have this same issue after adding SSL Certificate this past weekend.
    Any update on this?

    Seems for me it was the SSL Settings in iThemes Security.
    I turned them off and installed WordPress HTTPS plugin instead and everything is working fine again.

    “Members only” section of website (Posts and Pages) no longer working, since update.

    I get no answers from PMP, although I paid for support.

    Shall I delete and reinstall PMPro?
    (I have backed up the site with “Updraft”)

    Still no response on my end either. I’m not sure what to do.

    I did get help.
    Our Club has now decided to delete the “members only” section of the website. Members could not access the site for over a month…..
    Hence Paidmembmershipspro has been deleted.
