Because billing information is not required by many gateways this will not show.
If you are using stripe, the settings page has an option to “Show Billing Address Fields”
This is also possible with our Add On, https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/add-ons/capture-name-address-free-levels-offsite-gateway/ or creating custom code.

I need this billing address field and payment Payment Information field. but this two field sections will appear when member can log in. without member login user doe’s not seen those filed. how can I do that? one more question is in settings page I didn’t find Show Billing Address Fields, please send me a screenshot for this location.

If I’m understanding you correctly, you’d like billing fields to show for non-logged-in-users?
Regarding billing fields, which gateway are you using? Some gateways do not support billing fields.

no actually still I didn’t find a solution. please see the http://52.3.240.3/wp-admin
here I use paid membership pro plugin after installing this plugin after that wp-admin default page is redirected. how can I stop redirecting and how to enable the default wp-admin page?

To enable the default wp-admin login page, please go into Paid Memberships Pro settings, go to pages, and for login page, select the WordPress default.
